Resonance Link is a service by Funktionslust GmbH. This explains what data we process and why, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your music is never recorded or stored. While you resonate, your sound is streamed live to the people you resonate with, or relayed through a mixing server that holds it only for the fraction of a second needed to combine everyone, and is then discarded.
Funktionslust GmbH, Brudermühlstraße 36, 81371 München, Germany. Managing Director: Wolfgang Stark. Commercial register: HRB 241736, Amtsgericht München. Contact: info@funktionslust.digital. See also our Impressum.
We use a small set of vetted providers, each bound by a data-processing agreement:
Our servers are in Germany. Notifications, if enabled, are delivered via Apple and Google (USA) under appropriate safeguards.
We keep your account data until you delete your account or ask us to. Technical logs are kept only briefly. Your audio is never stored.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@funktionslust.digital. You may also complain to a supervisory authority (in Bavaria, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).
You can block anyone. Blocked people cannot call you or see when you are online.
The current version of this policy always lives at resonance.link/privacy.html.
